I own a Apple iBook G4 and today my charger died because the head of it was tearingn off. I thought no big deal because the same thing had happened to my friend and he said that Apple had just replaced it because he had AppleCare on his stuff (as do I). Well i get to the store and the guy takes a look at it after I had explained everything to him and tells me that he can't replace it. he claimed it as abuse even after i explained what was wrong with it. Well I relearned the lesson of expensive electronics today because i had to shell out $83 to pay for a new charger which was absolutley rediculous but it was necessary if i wanted to continue using my computer.
I wish i wasn't such a damn techno geek. Then I wouldn't have to deal with this. =P

You do have another option... you could use your geekiness to make so much money that replacing a charger is like pennies.
Or, you could always give up the tech, go out side, play some sports, get a tan, go hunting or hiking, build something with your hands.

Yea, i dont think giving up tech is a good option...but i like the making money idea. I'll have to look into that.
But who says that being a gook means you don't have a tan. Thats why they make tanning beds so that you can order them and have them shipped to your house. And if you're really a geek, you can still build something with your hands...a synthetic girlfriend =P.

Thats true, if you burn it there is no way you could type that.
Also, if i were to burn it i wouldn't be able to make a living doing anything with technology. Then i would have to become some sort of bum and live in a cardboard box on the sidewalk, and we don't want that now do we? =P
